Does my $149 really apply toward a subscription?
Yes — if you decide to continue after your trial edit, we credit your $149 toward your first subscription month. No extra payment needed.
What types of videos can I submit?
Short-form content only — Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Send us up to 10 minutes of raw footage and we’ll cut it into one ~60-second short. We don’t handle long-form edits, music videos, wedding films, or heavy motion graphics.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
NO REFUNDS, but we aim to nail it in one – your brief is what your editor builds from. After delivery we get on a call and go through the edit together. Revisions aren’t included with the $149 video, but they come with a subscription, so anything you’d change we handle from there.
Will I get a dedicated editor?
Yes. One editor picks up your project and sees it through — they review your brief, make informed creative choices, and deliver a consistent result.
I need more than one video. Can I order multiple?
