Our turnaround times are fast and efficient, tailored to the length and complexity of your video.

• Short videos (<90 seconds): Delivered in as little as one business day, or multiple short videos per day.
• Long-form videos (up to 10 minutes): Typically ready within 1-2 business days.
• Longer videos (up to 60 minutes): Delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on complexity.

These are general guidelines, and simpler requests may be completed even faster.

It depends on the length of the video and the edits you need. We agree on a schedule with you on the call, and your team works to it.

Our turnaround estimate for short videos under 90 seconds is one per day on the Scale Plan and multiple per day on the Pro Plan. Longer edits take longer, for example up to 2 days for a video under 10 minutes on Scale. Turnaround times are based on average request complexity and can vary.
