We’re currently looking for an addition to our Sales Team. As a Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales process, guiding prospects from their first interaction all the way through to closing the deal. This is a hands-on role where your ability to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions will make all the difference.

A great fit for this specific role is a person:

  • Fluent English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as you will interact with clients in English-speaking markets.
  • Sales experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, and closing deals.
  • Self-motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of your sales targets without daily supervision.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills: Proven ability to handle objections, build rapport, and negotiate effectively with potential clients.

 

Nice to have:

 

  • CRM experience: Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms to manage and track sales activities.
  • Experience in SaaS sales: Knowledge of the SaaS industry and a structured sales process is a strong advantage.
  • Interest in Video Editing: While not a core part of the role, any background in video editing would be beneficial, as it aligns with the nature of our business.
  • Experience with US-based clients: Previous experience selling to US markets and familiarity with the expectations and dynamics of US-based customers.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads: Connect with inbound leads from our marketing channels, respond quickly to inquiries, and build meaningful relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage the sales process: Take ownership of the entire sales journey, from the first outreach to closing the deal, ensuring that all client needs are met.
  • Outbound prospecting: Reach out to new potential clients using provided contact lists to discover fresh opportunities.
  • Stay organized: Keep track of multiple leads at once, prioritizing and following up consistently using our CRM system.
  • Communicate with clients: Regularly chat with clients via phone, video calls, and emails to address their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Track your progress: Maintain clear sales records, share regular updates on your performance, and contribute to future sales strategies.

Monthly pay range: Contract-based gross salary fix $1000-1200/month + bonuses for closed deals.
