We’re currently looking for an outbound-driven Partnerships Manager to join our Growth Team. If you’re someone who loves starting conversations, building meaningful relationships, and spotting opportunities where others don’t — this one’s for you.

A great fit for this specific role is a person:

  • Fluent in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll be working with international partners.
  • Experience in outbound sales or partnerships: Proven ability to initiate conversations, conduct outreach, and book discovery calls (at least 2 years of experience).
  • Strong relationship-building skills: Comfortable nurturing long-term partnerships through consistent communication.
  • Self-motivated and independent: Able to take initiative, manage your time effectively, and work with minimal supervision.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential new partners that align with our brand and goals.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate conversations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships through consistent communication.
  • Handle inbound partnership inquiries.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align partnership strategy with broader company goals.
  • Track conversations and pipeline in CRM and regularly share updates with the team.

Salary: a fix of $1000-$1200/month + bonuses for created partnerships.
