beCreatives is currently looking for a teammate for a Talent Acquisition Specialist position. This role primarily involves taking care of full recruitment cycle within our company. The role is remote, but there is an option to visit our office in Vilnius. Flexibility and freedom are core values to us, and if you share these values, we would love to have a conversation!
What you will do:

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who align with the job requirements and organizational culture.

Conduct structured interviews using a combination of behavioral, situational, and competency-based questions to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit accurately.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and improve the overall candidate experience.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to implement innovative recruitment strategies.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment outcomes.
What will you need:

Proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates, preferably in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation methods, and interview techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Monthly Pay range: Contract-based gross salary fix $1750-2250/month
