We are currently looking for a Customer Success Agent.

This position centers on engaging with clients via chat. Additionally, it involves onboarding clients and guiding them throughout their journey with us.

What you will do:

  • Engage with customers through live chat.

  • Prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Address customers’ inquiries, offer effective solutions, and resolve non-technical issues.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer feedback is heard and issues are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Video industry knowledge & video editing basics would be an advantage.

  • Interest in social media trends.

  • Being proactive and open-minded in communication and problem-solving

  • Having prior experience in customer support/customer success would be advantageous.

Contract-based gross salary fix 600-800$/month
