We are currently looking for a Customer Success Agent.
This position centers on engaging with clients via chat. Additionally, it involves onboarding clients and guiding them throughout their journey with us.
What you will do:
Engage with customers through live chat.
Prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Address customers’ inquiries, offer effective solutions, and resolve non-technical issues.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer feedback is heard and issues are resolved.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Video industry knowledge & video editing basics would be an advantage.
Interest in social media trends.
Being proactive and open-minded in communication and problem-solving
Having prior experience in customer support/customer success would be advantageous.
