beCreatives is currently looking for a teammate for a CRO position. This role primarily involves a continuous search of ideas, building hypotheses, experimenting, and building web funnels to improve the conversion of beCreatives website visitors to our clients.
This is a remote position, but there is an option to visit our office in Vilnius. Flexibility and freedom are core values to us, and if you share these values, we would love to have a conversation!
What you will do:
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to understand website visitor behavior, identify opportunities for optimization, and increase conversion rates through continuous experimentation and enhancement of web funnels.
Plan, manage, and optimize the content of landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), lead-generating forms, and the overall marketing and sales conversion paths to drive high-quality leads and improve the lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Take full ownership of the CRO process, from the ideation and planning stages through execution, documentation, iteration, and measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue.
Conduct A/B testing, measure performance, leverage data for decision support, and collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other department teams to implement effective strategies and optimize engagement, conversion rates, and registrations.
Continuously research, learn, and introduce innovative ideas and strategies, including new platforms and approaches in the marketplace, to stay at the forefront of CRO efforts and achieve constant results growth.
Requirements:
Have at least 3+ years of experience in digital account management, CRO or a similar role, with a keen understanding of customer journeys, including A/B testing, analytics, and funnel optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRO tools (e.g., GA4, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar etc) to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects from ideation to execution.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and user experience (UX) best practices to optimize website engagement and conversion.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment ; experience in early-stage/startup environments is advantageous.

Contract base gross salary starting 2500$/month. A final salary offer will be based on your skills and experience.
