About HR Specialist role

We’re currently looking for a driven HR Specialist to join our People Team. If you’re experienced in HR operations and would love to drive our community building initiatives — this one might be for you.

A great fit for this specific role is a person:

  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has least 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within remote and international teams.
  • Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Is self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Exhibits cultural sensitivity and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
  • Conduct probation and exit interviews, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate regular one-on-one check-ins with team members to support their development and address concerns.
  • Handle employment contract management and ensure compliance with regional labor laws.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong community with our LATAM team.

Salary: $800-$1200/month.
