Who You Are

  • You have experience in video editing and creating social media content
  • You have an eye for graphic design
  • You understand social media video trends and short-form storytelling
  • You are an advanced user of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • You have proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • You have strong time management skills to handle deadlines
  • You are open to feedback and have good communication skills
  • You see a creative challenge every single time — not just as a great editor, but as someone highly proactive, organized, creative, entrepreneurial, and curious.
  • You are constantly trying new ways of improving your workflow

What You’ll Do

  • Edit a wide variety of video formats (both short and long-form), including social media content, ads, YouTube videos, podcasts, courses, interviews, and more
  • Deliver high-quality videos while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Produce edits efficiently (typically 5–6 short-form videos per day or ~2 long-form videos, depending on the client and scope)
  • Apply motion graphics using simple animations (titles, text, numbers, charts, and other visual elements) to enhance clarity and storytelling
  • Communicate clearly with clients and keep them updated throughout the editing process
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and accurately during revision rounds
  • Create strong visual hooks to capture the audience’s attention within the first 3 seconds
  • Adapt to each client’s style and requirements, improving speed and autonomy over time (target: 1–4h per edit depending on complexity)
  • Work across a diverse client base, primarily marketing agencies, B2C brands, real estate and influencers
  • Maintain and protect the brand’s visual quality across all deliverables

Salary range: 600–1300 USD/month (depending on editing hours)
