We’re looking for a motivated DM Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our client base through proactive outreach on social media. You’ll be responsible for initiating and nurturing conversations with potential clients via Instagram DMs, driving engagement and bookings, and helping to acquire new business through social selling.
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) — clear, persuasive, professional messaging.• Experience in outbound DM selling or social media sales, especially on Instagram.• Ability to engage new prospects, handle follow-ups, and nurture interest toward conversion.• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow.
• Reach out to potential clients through Instagram direct messages, build rapport, and initiate sales conversations.• Engage, follow up, and respond professionally to inquiries and prospects.• Capture and qualify interest, guide leads toward next steps, and support conversion.• Track outreach, follow-ups, and results using internal tools or CRM.• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and improve outcomes.

Salary range: 800–1000 USD/month (base plus bonuses from sold plans)
