About Head of Production (Remote – LATAM) role

beCreatives is not your typical video editing agency. We partner with multiple clients on subscription-based video services across social media platforms, delivering high-quality, consistent content at scale.

We are a self-funded, fast-paced, high-ownership environment where excellence and collaboration matter. Today, we’re a team of nearly 100 people operating across multiple regions.

We are currently seeking a Head of Production — a strategic operator and execution driver who ensures our production department runs independently, delivers excellence on time, and scales reliably across regions.

A great fit for this specific role is a person:

  • Who has experience in production, content operations, or video delivery leadership
  • With strong operational ownership — you solve problems before they escalate
  • Experienced managing remote teams and distributed workflows
  • Speaks English fluently (written + spoken)
  • Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable translating numbers into decisions
  • Thrives in an environment where quality, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration come first
  • Comfort with data tools (Dashboards, Excel/Sheets, reports) and performance indicators

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Owning delivery outcomes: make sure videos are delivered on time, at high quality, with minimal rework
  • Building systems that scale: standardize processes, optimize workflows, and eliminate individual dependency
  • Leading QA and continuous improvement: reduce errors, tighten feedback loops, and raise team performance
  • Balancing capacity and hiring: use weekly data to forecast needs and maintain stable workload balance
  • Driving cross-functional alignment: collaborate with Sales, CS/CSMs, and leadership to manage expectations and remove blockers
  • Coaching and developing leaders: enhance team growth, empowerment, and accountability at every level
  • Leading the production team (~100 people): manage multiple layers of leadership and ensure strong alignment, accountability, and performance across the organization

Salary range: starting from 2000 USD/month
