As soon as your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification to review and leave feedback on the first video draft. You can have as many reviews as you want.

When you feel satisfied with the video, you can mark it as final and download it at anytime. 

With a Scale plan, you can expect a same-day turnaround time for reels that are up to 90 seconds long. However, if the reels are not complex, we can process more than one reel within the same timeframe.

The Pro plan offers the advantage of processing multiple reels per day. The number of reels that can be processed varies depending on their complexity. On average, customers with a Pro plan can have 3 to 5 reels processed within a day.

We offer a 14-day guarantee for all plans (first month only) and do not allow refunds after the 14th day of your subscription. Add-ons are not refundable.

To qualify for this guarantee you must:

• Have at leas 1 order submitted to the system
• Provide us with clear direction during the editing process;
• Provide feedback to your editor during the editing process.

Videos aren’t transferred to the next month.

Scale plan has a same business day delivery with reels. Pro plan has multiple reels per business day.

As all video edits depend on complexity, you can either get more than that if your reels are really simple or you can experience longer turnaround time if they are really complex. Usually you will get at least 1 reel per day with a Scale plan and at least 3 with Pro. These numbers do not transfer if you don’t submit enough requests, so the volume of videos per month can not be guaranteed because of variables like your input and complexity of your requests.

The Reel Deal offer is applied to either Scale or Pro plans. Both Scale and Pro plans allow video edits up to 60 minutes. By joining with a Reel Deal, you can get both your short-form and long-form content edited. The turnaround time varies based on the length, complexity and scope of the request.
