About Technical Project Manager role
beCreatives is a fast-growing start-up based between Lithuania and USA, on the rise to become the world’s #1 kick-ass flat-rate video editing subscription company. We are searching for an experienced Technical Product Manager, who would be excited about the growth and new opportunities for using bleeding-edge technologies to continuously improve the user experience of our platform. What you will do:
- Analyse business needs and requirements to build on our user platform: a subscription-based video editing service management tool;
- Define new features, tasks, possible issues, and functionalities of our platform;
- Partner with our Product Owner, Head of Production, UX, COO and CEO to ensure ongoing projects are aligned, timely and well-prioritized;
- Prioritize product backlog;
- Liaise with platform users for constructive feedback and further implementations.
What will you need:
- At least 2 years experience in building SaaS or internal CRM systems in a fast-paced environment;
- Innovative and out-of-the-box mindset;
- Self-motivated attitude towards work, with the ability to set goals and work independently according to strategic objectives;
- Excellent communication skills in English. You will use this ability to convey and align project goals, requirements, and expectations clearly and effectively to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
