beCreatives are currently looking for an ✨all-star✨ Virtual Assistant to join our dream team (EUROPE BASED ONLY).
This is a remote position 💻 therefore, the ability to work on your OWN and in a highly collaborative environment is a must!
beCreatives is not a typical video editing agency. We work with multiple clients at a time on a subscription-based service. This means – we provide consistent & high-quality video content daily/ monthly/ weekly!
We are an entirely self-funded company; thus, standing by our vision, purpose, values, and goals helps us to provide our services to the masses. We are a genuinely hard-working, creative group of people looking for YOU – a unique, passionate, and driven individual!
An excellent fit for this specific role is a person:
- who has perfect written and spoken English
- has relevant experience in at least one of these fields: digital media / marketing / e-commerce / email marketing / administration / customer support
- who is familiar with CRM management
- has excellent time management skills
- is persistent as hell and highly goal-oriented
- is a decision maker
- is a fast learner
As we tend to grow, your roles might evolve over time, but here is what we're expecting today:
- Communicate with clients via email
- Onboard/offboard clients
- Address employees’ administrative queries
- Collaborate with account managers, graphic designers, video editors and sales team
- Provide customer support
- Other tasks as needed

Pay range: $900-$1000
