About Talent Acquisition Partner role

beCreatives is currently looking for a first People Team member. The main mission of a Talent Acquisition Partner will be to recruit, hire, and onboard talent for beCreatives. Also, to support the company by creating and building a culture and great experience for the future and existing employees. What you will do:

  • Develop strategies and processes for talent acquisition.
  • Own and perform the full cycle of recruitment: job advertisement, employer branding, sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers in hiring planning, and support them with coaching and training in recruitment.
  • Coordinate recruitment process and interviews with the hiring managers & team members.
  • Track and monitor key recruitment data & metrics to develop actionable plans towards a continuous improvement of recruitment results.
  • Proactively investigate new ideas or process improvement to create better talent acquisition strategies.
  • Support new employees during their onboarding process.

What will you need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner or Recruiter working with a full cycle of recruitment. 
  • Empathy, great interpersonal communication skills, and a decent sense of humor.
  • Not afraid of making mistakes and ability to learn quickly from them.
  • Strong experience in candidate engagement and stakeholder management at all levels of the business.
  • People-oriented, can-do, and result-driven attitude.
  • Passion, curiosity, humbleness, and a positive attitude towards people and your work.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Pay range: Gross salary 3000 – 5000 EUR/month. A salary will be based on your skills and experience.
