We are searching for customer retention officer who would be passionate about the industry of video editing and subscribtion business model.

What you will do:

  • Analyse customer journey and implement strategies to retain customers and increase customer loyalty, including regular check-ins and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and proactively resolve any customer issues, working closely with internal teams as needed.
  • Develop and implement personalized lifecycle retention strategies based on customer’s activity, behaviour and past purchases to engage and retain.
  • Together with Customer Support,, continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels and conduct research to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable customer insights and feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of customer engagement and retention efforts.

What will you need:

  • Solid experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Experience within subscription business model would be great.
  • Affinity with technology and motivation to learn about video editing.
  • Good skills of using data to drive your decisions.
  • A customer-focused, problem solving and results-oriented approach, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated attitude towards work, with the ability to set goals and work independently.
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
