beCreatives is currently looking for a teammate for a Business Representative position. This role primarily involves inbound sales, utilizing Zoom calls and communicating with clients to achieve success. We are looking for colleagues who are available to work evenings, three days a week, but there is also a possibility of a full-time position. The role is remote, but there is an option to visit our office in Vilnius. Flexibility and freedom are core values to us, and if you share these values, we would love to have a conversation!

It’s a part-time role, we could offer you to work from half to full time. Calls would happen between 4 pm – 12 pm (EST) workdays

What you will do:

  • During online Zoom meetings, identify (B2C) client needs, explain how our company operates, answer potential clients’ questions, and offer an appropriate solution.

  • Provide a presentable and sympathetic self-image appearance and video location background.

  • Manage a client pipeline to ensure consistent growth and a regular deal flow. (Work with CRM  Pipedrive).

  • Work closely with the marketing team to improve our value proposition.

  • Prepare reports and use the data.


  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.

  • Video industry knowledge & video editing basics would be an advantage.

  • Interest in social media trends.

  • Experience in working with CRM.

  • Being proactive and open-minded in communication and relationship building with strong empathy to understand what drives and motivates potential clients.

Monthly pay range: Contract-based gross salary fix 1000-1500$/month + bonuses for sold subscriptions.
